Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Holiday Wave Photography. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our online booking system. Deposit payment of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your session the remaining amount of $60 is paid cash in person.
We accept payment via credit card. All transactions are in AUD.
Sessions are available for a limited time, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time will not be eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled to a different available time.
If you need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at holidaywavephotography@gmail.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Weather Policy

Our beach photoshoots are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your session to the next available time slot.
If a session is canceled by us due to weather and you are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.

4. Session Details

Sessions are 5 minutes in duration, to ensure a smooth and efficient photoshoot, client must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session. This buffer allows time for check in and preparation. If a client arrives late, the photoshoot will be rescheduled to the next available time slot.
Each session includes up to 8 people, including children and adults. If your group exceeds this size, please contact us in advance to discuss options.

5. Digital Image Delivery

Your package includes 4 high-resolution digital images. Images will be edited and delivered via a personalized online gallery.
Photos will be delivered within 3 business days of your session. Additional photos or editing requests may incur an extra charge.
Images are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from Holiday Wave Photography.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

Holiday Wave Photography retains copyright of all images taken during the session. By participating in the photoshoot, you grant us permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish for your images to be used in promotional material, please notify us in writing before your session.

7. Liability

Holiday Wave Photography and its employees are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after your session.
All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the session. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

8. Safety and Conduct

For the safety of our team and other clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if we deem any behavior unsafe or inappropriate.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure a smooth experience. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.
